Lockdown had taken its toll, I wasn’t eating well and I wasn’t looking after myself.
I knew if I didn’t take control, it would have spiraled out of control as would my mental health.
From the offset, I established my caloric intake from food and drink to lose excess body fat and stuck with it daily until I got to a healthier body fat level.
Notice I don’t say weight even though I did lose it.
It was the fat I wanted to go.
I increased my protein, lowered my fat, and ate carbs for energy.
I also lifted weights.
