Zahid lost 20 pounds through strength training whilst managing his nutrition

Zihad had tried to work with other trainers but found it all overwhelming however, with my plans it was straight forward and he lost 20 pounds reducing his body fat and increasing his confidence. He incorporated strength training, boot-camps and was mindful of his nutrition.
